It's been about a year since we've visited. We went there for lunch and all 5 of us got the bbq+hotpot combo. The service was great and variety of ingredients was just how we remembered. Our grill was changed promptly and the iPad order system was awesome with additional items coming out fast! There's one thing that was hard to get over, the floor. It was terribly greasy and slippery through the whole restaurant. From our table to the bathrooms, it was just slippery feeling. Please use a strong degreaser and clean those floors. My entire party of 5 commented how walking with rubber soles felt sketchy. It does detract from the overall experience.

Came for a Friday night dinner, and we were told it's a 30-50 min wait. This place is packed with not just diners, but also people waiting around to be seated. Thankfully we got seated slightly sooner around 25 minutes. I'm a sucker for AYCE places that can combine hot pot and KBBQ. One of the biggest perks among the offerings are the giant oysters! I'm a huge oyster fan, so I was in foodie heaven here. Service was fantastic, and we left here stuffed. Definitely enjoyed dinner here, would definitely return!

Was worried about our table being forgotten this time. It took approximately 49 mins for us to get our soup to our table. I more so want to give credit to Jeffrey who was our server this evening for probably paying attention to me looking at why we haven't received our first order in yet. Kudos to you. The lamb this time didn't taste bad. I want to share that the lamb slices for hot pot here seems to be a hit or miss. They have some updates to their menu that is eye catching. I would like to or in a request for beef tongue to be on their hotpot menu. It's so good in soup. Today, I opted in for the spicy Korean soup which is similar to the Korean Sundubu-jjigae, but's it's on a sweeter side here. I miss their milk broth. It was literally the best. But from our last experience, Alice mentioned they took it off the menu due to it not being popular. Understood. My rec for broths, Japanese Miso and the Tom Yum.

QPot is my favorite kbbq spot in SJ (i also like their hotpot but kbbq more) This was one of my go to KBBQ spots ever since 2019 but after covid the meat quality kinda went down around 20' to 21' era but I came a couple times again this year and it's back and better - I like how the cuts of meat came out, it was delicious (compared to other kbbq places where their meats kinda suck). I love the sauce bar as well, it's always stocked up which is nice and I love that I have plenty of sauce options. Service was always pretty good, they are pretty consistent with grill changes and checking up on you if you need anything else ~

This restaurant was really good! It was my first time eating at a place that has both hot pot & Korean bbq. The server was helpful & explain how everything works. My party went on Friday around lunch time and was instantly seated when we arrived. Me & my party got the lunch ayce special and loved it. I would recommend this place if you crave hot pot & kbbq. I personally like how you order through the tablet. It quick and efficient. The only thing you can't order through the tablet is drinks in which you have to order that from your server. The kbbq was delicious & the ambience is enjoyable with friends around. There's lots of options of dishes to add to your hot pot & kbbq grill. Additionally, there is a sauce bar where you get to make your own sauce, if your unsure of a sauce mix to make the restaurant has recommended recipes listed out at the sauce bar.

Great place to hang out with friends. It was convenient to order meats and sides with the ipad. Wasn't difficult to get a worker's attention if drinks or grill change were needed. For drinks, they offer Pepsi products, beer, soju, and more.

I've lived around this area for all of my life, and I've never stepped foot into this place until recently. I would always see people lining up everyday though. I honestly didn't rlly expect much, but there was a long wait, but it goes by fast. Since this was our first visit, my fam wanted to try out everything, so we got both kbbq & hot pot. We tried out their soft tofu/tom yum/kimchi/miso soup for our hot pot base with veggies, sausages, & noodles. For kbbq, we got chadol beef brisket, beef bulgogi, galbi short ribs, shrimp, and sliced pork belly. The meat to put in the hot pot was rlly good and paired with the sauce gives it a new flavor. The grilled beef bulgogi was actually so good. It was already seasoned, so it was well flavored and tender. Honestly, the dinner price for this is pretty good. You get to eat pretty much anything you want for a max time of 2 hrs. Service was excellent, and the food was incredible. Only thing is the vacuum didn't rlly do much, so you'll definitely smell like bbq after you're done. Also, one of the side dishes were random, why is there mashed potato on the side? I haven't seen that as a side dish before. Other than that, the radish/kimchi/cucumber kimchi were good.

AYCE Korean BBQ and hot pot? Say no more. This place offers it all: you can choose between unlimited KBBQ, hot pot, or both. My party and I chose both. The server was attentive and quick with assisting us with all our needs, including explaining how the ordering process worked since it was our first time here. Aside from the drinks, all the ordering is done from the tablet attached to the table. There are lots of options to choose from, so take your time looking at the menu! Since it was a weekday, the ambiance was quiet and calm, but I imagine during weekends and after work hours it can get super packed. For KBBQ we ordered wagyu, short rib, rice paper, lettuce, etc. They even have a self serve sauce making station with a list of recommended ingredients to add to the mixture. For hot pot I ordered a tomato soup base and added imitation crab, fish balls with filling, wood ear mushrooms, pork belly, etc. Needless to say I am beyond satisfied with my experience here and would love to come back!

This kbbq/hot pot place is actually quite large! I think it's perfect for large groups. Not only do they have lots and lots of seating the portions are huge! I would personally stick with only kbbq or hot pot. Not both. I like that they have a sauce bar and ordering is done using a tablet at the end of the table. Just take care to communicate with your group on what to order. I'm not sure if they offer half portions. Service was pretty quick too! The meats kept coming and coming. They also have a pretty good variety/selection of meats. They even have the cheese corn in foil! The scissors were a bit dull. But the server was able to find another pair for us. I'm not sure if I would choose Q-Pot over others if I'm in a very small group. Just due to the huge portion sizes. But it would be an excellent place for a birthday party!
